Steady turnover across the manufactured-home and cottage communities, plus coastal-specific work like decking, siding and storm repair, keeps a lot of small outfits busy here.

A caveat worth knowing: Delaware classifies businesses by tax activity code, and "Resident Contractor" covers everyone from a one-person handyman to a full custom builder. The licence tells you a business is registered with the state — it does not tell you what they specialise in, and it is not an endorsement. That is precisely the gap the claim flow is meant to close.
